Made to order

Every Knityak piece is knit on-demand after you order it. Because each piece is knit custom and on-demand for one order only, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for a size you decided against, or for an item you no longer want.

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure which fit to choose, email us at knityaks@gmail.com before you buy. We would much rather help you get it right than have you receive something that does not fit.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled

Knitting begins as soon as your payment goes through, so once an order is placed we cannot cancel it or change the design, colorway, size or garment. Please check your choices against the size guide before you pay.

If something is wrong with your order

This section is separate from the no-returns rule above, and it always applies.

Email knityaks@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo, if your item is:

damaged, faulty or flawed
not what you ordered: the wrong design, colorway, size or garment
materially different from how it was described or shown on our site

Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 30 days past the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal guarantee of conformity: for two years from delivery you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described. In the United Kingdom you also have the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the United States and elsewhere retain all rights available to them under applicable local law.

The 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications. Because each item is knit to order, we treat our pieces as falling within that exception. This does not limit your rights in respect of faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, which are set out above.
