Made to order

Every Knityak piece is knit on demand after you order it, so our delivery windows are longer than a shop shipping from stock.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. From the day you order, including knitting time:

Air Economy: about 20 to 30 business days
Air Express: about 14 to 21 business days

Shipping options and cost

Rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Air Economy is our standard service. Air Express is slightly faster in transit.

Air Economy is not available to Norway or Hong Kong SAR; orders to those destinations ship by Air Express.

Where a rate says “from”, the cost rises with the number of items in your order. The exact amount is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to the 25 countries listed in the table above. If your country is not listed we cannot ship there yet.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Air Economy orders arrive with import duties and taxes already paid. They are included in what you pay us, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

All orders to the United States include import duties and taxes, on every shipping method.

Air Express orders outside the United States may attract import duties or VAT charged by your local customs authority on delivery, depending on the rules where you live, and your carrier may add a fee for collecting them. These charges are set by your country rather than by us, and we cannot predict or control them.

Air Economy is not available to Norway or Hong Kong SAR, so orders to those two countries always travel by Air Express and may be subject to charges on delivery.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the knitting facility. Tracking can take a few days to show movement, especially on international routes. That is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully before you order. Once an order is placed we cannot change the destination country, state or province, postal code, or the shipping method: these are fixed at checkout.

Delays

Knitting and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, weather, popular winter holiday gifting time, and public holidays can all add time. If your order is running well past its window, see the “Orders that do not arrive” section of our refund policy.
